• All Lighting fixtures, lighting controls, and branch circuit conduit, cabling and wire. Including site lighting, site light pole bases and sign circuits as well as excavation and backfill.

• Receptacles, and branch circuit conduit, cable and wire.

• 120-volt power system as required.

• All circuits to mechanical equipment. Including branch circuit conduit, cabling, and wire. Make terminations to equipment.

• Conduits/Raceways for future PV system as required.

• Daintree Building Management System as referenced in the Electrical and Mechanical Plans for Lighting and HV AC control work complete with all parts including HV AC T-Stats, Temp Sensors, Wet Sensors & control wiring to be coordinated with HV AC / Mechanical contractor to provide a complete functioning system.

• All Raceways and back boxes for tele data systems. Provide 2 underground conduits for telephone/communication incoming service. Pick up conduits for from LL responsibilities and enter building including excavation and backfill.

• All raceway and back boxes for AV systems.

• All raceways and backboxes for security systems, including conduits for light pole mounted cameras, and wiring for security devices. Termination by others.

• All Power for devices, including motorized shades.

• All Power to automatic door operators, and door control as required.

• All remote duct mounted smoke detector test switches as required.
