• Provide selective demolition, including but not limited to, "Make Safe" space for all workers during demolition, cut and drop (center piled in room for removal by Others).

• Furnish, install, and maintain temp power and lighting throughout the space per OSHA requirements.

• Furnish and install additional circuit breakers for existing panels as needed. Rework existing panels as needed.

• Install new lighting fixtures and lighting control system, furnished by Mavi. Furnish and install branch circuit conduit, wiring, supports, and cabling.

• Furnish and install new receptacles, including conduit and wiring.

• Furnish and install power for other items indicated on plans as being FBO.

• Furnish and install backboxes and raceway for tele data outlets, thermostats, and security as indicated on Contract Documents.
